Subscriptions
- Cancel or change a plan: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Maija. Android → Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Maija.
- New phone or reinstalled the app? Open Profile → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Classes and sound
- Allow microphone access when asked, or turn it on in your phone's settings for Maija.
- Just talk, then pause: Maija answers by herself.
- No sound? Check the volume and that the phone isn't on silent.
